Refund & Returns Policy

At Bell & Briar, each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Because our items are handmade and produced in small quantities, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are accurately described and delivered in good condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Items as Described

If an item is received as described and in good condition, refunds or returns are not guaranteed. However, we may consider a return or exchange if both parties mutually agree.

Any approved returns must be:

  • In unused condition

  • Returned in original packaging when possible

  • Shipped back within the timeframe provided after approval

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear
